Returns

  • How do I return my item?

    You can return your order to us by simply completing the returns form in the link below and we will be in touch as soon as possible (we aim to reply to returns requests within 48 hours).

    Important Note:

    In order to ensure your return reaches us safely and without damage, use strong and secure packaging and seal it with tape. If you decide to re-use the original order box, please note that the closure will need to be sealed tightly with packing tape as the adhesive strip can dry out and detach during transit.

  • How long will it take to process my refund?

    Please allow 6-7 working days to receive a refund for your returned items.


  • How can I return a gift?

    You can select 'Gift Return' in any of our returns portals and this will take you to a new page where you can enter your order details.

Shipping

  • How long will the delivery take?


    AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND:

    Domestic deliveries will be made in Australia with the standard delivery time being 3-5 working days.  Express delivery is available for Australia with estimated shipping time at 1-3 working days. Deliveries to New Zealand will be classed as Worldwide Deliveries and will take between 5-10 working days.

    Free standard shipping on all Australian orders. For New Zealand addresses we offer free shipping for all orders over AU$100.00. For orders under AU$100.00, shipping costs AU$10.00. 

    We will always aim to meet these timeframes but there may be occasions outside our control when your parcel is delayed.

    USA/CANADA:

    The standard domestic delivery time in the US is 3-5 working days. For Canada, the standard delivery time is 5-10 working days.  Please note if you require express delivery on items ordered, you will need to cover the appropriate postage cost. We will always aim to meet these timeframes but there may be occasions outside our control when your parcel is delayed. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change a residential delivery address.


    UK:

    The standard domestic delivery time in the UK is 3-5 working days. Express delivery time is 1-3 days.

  • Can I track my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking link. 

  • Do you deliver to countries within the EU?

    Yes we do, through our European site - www.tomandteddy.eu

  • Do you ship to countries outside the USA?

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to addresses that are outside of the USA, including Canada. However, we do have dedicated websites for the UK and Australia: www.tomandteddy.co.uk and www.tomandteddy.com.au

  • What recycled materials are used in Tom & Teddy products?

    We’ve introduced REPREVE® to our range of swim shorts - an innovative and world-renowned polyester yarn made entirely from recycled plastic bottles. Over time, we’ll be incorporating it into all our swimmers for men and boys. REPREVE® offers the same soft feel and durability that you love about your Tom & Teddies, but with the environmental benefit of reducing the number of plastic bottles that go into landfill. You’ll know that REPREVE® has been used in the production of your Tom & Teddy trunks if you see this special bottle tag:


Care

  • Swim Shorts and Rash Tops

    • After every swim, make sure you treat your swimwear to a thorough rinse in cool water to wash out any swimming pool chemicals or saltwater residue.
    • Machine wash it frequently on a cold cycle.
    •  Always, always dry your Tom & Teddy swimwear in the shade – a combination of sunshine, chlorine and salt are no good for swim shorts - together they snap the elastic in waistbands and damage the fibres in the fabric.

  • Beach Polo Shirts

    • Wash your beach polo regularly on a cold cycle to keep the Pima cotton fresh and soft.
    • Always hang your shirt in the shade to avoid colour-fade, or you can throw it in a tumble dryer on a low-heat setting.

     

  • T-Shirts

    • Our super-soft tees should be machine washed at a cool setting.
    • As with our polos, hang your tee in the shade to protect its colour, or tumble dry at low

  • Beach Cap

    • Do not wash.
    • Spot clean with a damp cloth.

  • Flip Flops

    • Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth 

    • Do not machine wash 

    • Prolonged exposure to strong sunlight may cause fading of colours 

  • Beach Bag

    • Do not wash.
    • Spot clean with a damp cloth.

  • Are Your T-Shirts UV Protective?

    Our Rash Vests are in a t-shirt style, rather than a fitted cut, and we use a special fabric that provides a very high UPF50+ protection. However, our Pima cotton t-shirts do not offer specific UV protection in the fabric. Cotton t-shirts can shield the skin from the sun’s harmful rays but they won’t block the rays as UV fabrics do.
